感谢神的恩典，我们周五晚完成了本年度最后一次的常规聚会。大部分cubbies, 少数 sparks和几个T&T的孩子完成了他们的的手册。Damian Hoi 也通过了他的入门手册。下周是我们年终的庆祝典礼。我们会有发制服给Damian, 献诗，发奖，一年回顾的照片，电影和冰激凌，点心，水果。欢迎所有家庭和你们想邀请的朋友们一起来和我们庆祝神在我们和孩子们身上所做的美好的工作。以下是周五发给家长（cubbies和sparks）和T&T孩子们的注意事项。
下周AWANA结业典礼注意事项 （5-17， 星期五）
1： 请在晚 7:20 – 7:25 准时到多功能厅集合。孩子们和老师们会集体入场。入场后，孩子们会和老师坐在指定位置上。家长们在把孩子带到多功能厅后，请自寻座位。
2： 已经拿到制服的孩子必须穿制服，否则不能上台领奖和表演。因为不需要带书包和其他平时要带的物品，请特别注意带制服。
3： 如果穿短裤和裙子，请务必挑选过膝的长度。
4： 如果有意外，不能按时到，你孩子的组已经入场，请从侧门进大堂。
5： 我们在大堂结束后，会在多功能厅有冰激凌，点心，和水果。如果你不想让你的孩子吃冰激凌，请事先和同工联系，并事先让孩子知道。

Dear AWANA Parents:
By God’s grace, we have finished our last regular gathering of the year Friday night. Most cubbies, a few sparks and a few T&T children completed their books. Damian Hoi also passed his “Start Zone.” Our year-end celebration will be on next Friday, 5-17. We will present uniform to Damian, sing songs, book awards, slide show, movies and ice cream, snacks, fruit, etc. All families and friends of yours are welcome to join us and celebrate what God has done in the lives of all of us. Below are the notes sent to home with parents (cubbies and sparks) and T&T kids on Friday.
Important items regarding the AWANA Closing Ceremony next week (5-17, Friday)
1: Please arrive at the multi-purpose room no later than 7:25 pm. Children and teachers will enter sanctuary as a group. After entering the sanctuary, the children will sit in the designated area with the teachers. Parents should drop their children to the multi-purpose room and come to sanctuary to find their own seats.
2: Children who have already received uniforms must wear their uniforms in order to be on stage to perform and to receive awards. Because children don’t need to bring other items that they usually bring, please pay special attention to bring the uniform.
3: If you wear shorts and skirts, be sure to choose the ones with at least knee length.
4: If there is unexpected incidence and you can’t arrive on time, your child’s group has already entered the sanctuary, please enter through the side door.
5: After the celebration in the sanctuary is over, we will have ice cream, snacks, and fruit in the multipurpose room. If you don’t want your child to eat ice cream, please contact the co-workers in advance and let the children know in advance as well.
